Yes, of course, you can we require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment.

You will be charged 100% of the treatment price if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours then we will issue you a 100% refund.

Yes, we will send you a confirmation message via email or SMS once your appointment has been booked. You will also receive a confirmation message the day before your appointment

Should parking at your location cost more than £7 per hour we will charge you for parking. Unless you have free street parking at your location or visitors’ vouchers.

Yes, the nail technician will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools, products, and equipment to carry out the treatment.

A clear work area to set up preferably a table with two chairs near a plug socket. If you are having a pedicure then you will need to provide two large bath towels.

Yes, tools and implements have been sterilised in the Autoclave machine and self -sealed in packaging.

Yes, we provide 30 colours let us know if you have any special request.

Yes, we are more than happy to use your nail polishes if you would prefer us to.

10-14 days depending on your nail type and aftercare.

We would Advise you to have them removed professionally by one of our nail technicians. You could damage your nails by trying to remove them yourself. Plus, it’s free! If applied by us followed by another treatment.

Yes, you will be given free aftercare advice after your nail treatment.
