All appointments are reserved with a credit or debit card. Please note we are a cashless company.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise, you will be charged 100% of the service. If you cancel before 24 hours we will issue you a full refund. Please note: that we will not waive our cancellation and rescheduling policy under any circumstances.

Do not worry these things happen. Please email hi@revarnish.london straight away. Or call us on 020 7101 4117 and leave a voice message if nobody is available to take your call. Please note that we will not be able to complete the whole treatment. However, the nail technician will do as much as they can. Before leaving for their next appointment.

Yes, however, this is optional. You could add a tip when making the initial booking online. Or you could tip the nail technician after the treatment via cash.
Yes, the nail technician will arrive fully equipped with all the necessary tools, products, and equipment to carry out the treatment.
The only thing that you would need to provide is two large bath towels if you are having a pedicure. A clear work area to set up preferably a table with two chairs near a plug socket.
Yes, our tools and implements have been sterilized in the Autoclave machine and self-sealed in packaging.

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot do touch-ups or nail repairs after the treatment is complete. Please ensure that you are happy with your nails before the manicurist leaves.
We would advise you to have them removed professionally by one of our nail technicians. You could damage your nails by trying to remove them yourself. Plus, it’s free! If applied by us followed by another treatment.
